RETURNS POLICY

Because DVD's are digital media, we do not accept returns on DVD's or Blue Ray disks unless they have no visible defects, but do not play correctly.

Please email us with your returns request. Include the reason you are returning your product and your order number. Once we have authorized your return via email, fill out the return form supplied on the back of your packing slip that was included with your shipment and send your packages to:

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders received by 5:00 pm will be processed, packed and ready for shipping the next business day. In many cases, orders will ship the same day you place your order. Orders placed Friday evening through Sunday will be processed on Monday.

We currently offer the following shipping methods...

• USPS Priority Mail (US Postal Service) allow 5-7 business days
• USPS Express Mail (US Postal Service)
• USPS Parcel Post (US Postal Service) allow 10-14 days

Important Note: as Priority Mail and Parcel Post have no tracking ability, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages should you choose one of these methods.

• UPS Ground (United Parcel Service)
• UPS 3 Day Select
• UPS 2nd Day Air
• UPS Standard Overnight

We recommend UPS as their ground rates are competive with US Post and they have very good tracking abillity
